After being in gear 5 or 6 the brake wont stop mower. I had to shut off mower in gear.
Some say its the trans axle and some say the Drive belt. If someone could help me get the right drive belt
I could try it and see if there is a change. I have Model 917.27639 42" blade craftsman Driving Mower.
The Book shows no parts or numbers so its been aggravating.

Assuming this is the 917.276390.

Ground drive belt is a 1/2 x 95.25 v-belt per my Husqvarna price file; although, Sears is listing it as 1/2 x 95.
