Can someone ID This engine?

Friend gave it to me. I have fixed small engines before, but the is no decal or stamp visible on this.


The pull rope spring was broken.

Briggs around 3 hp. Most likely the model number info should be stamped into the blower housing close to the spark plug. Came off of a tiller I would also say.
