I have a JD X350 with a 42 inch mower deck (2 blades). I have a problem with grass build up after mowing-particularly if it is after slightly damp mowing. I have had my deck checked over and leveled by the local dealership, and I am not mowing very low-not hitting the ground with the mower blades or anything like that. I have been using ramps to raise the tractor to get under the mower deck and clean it out after most mowings. Any suggestion to solving this problem?

could be several factors, engine speed, mower speed (MPH), and how tall the grass is.

I don't think it is high grass-I usually mow weekly and II usually mow at full speed. I have been told that there are some chemical treatments that would "slick" the inside of the deck and help keep the grass from sticking. Have you ever heard of this or tried something like this?

Leave it there.
It is not a problem unless it builds up to the point that it blocks the discharge chute.
There is no such deck that will cut every type of grass at every height perfectly .
It is a least worse compromise.
