bt 130 back pack blower

blower is two years old , fuel lines and filter have been replaced , carb cleaned, has good blue spark ,will not run , even with a shot of starter fluid, im thinking maybe low compression, any thoughts

only way to tell is to check compression. Unless you experienced a specific incident where the unit overheated, or was ran without the proper fuel/oil mixture, I highly doubt that is the problem. Should be easy to tell once you check it.
