hello, I have a 2011 troybuilt bronco w/ a sv600 20 hp kohler engine, my problem is will not crank with switch, but will crank if jumped with a charger on the starter post. my question is , does this thing have a solenoid?, cause I don't see one, the red positive cable runs to the bottom of the starter....:confused2:

If it will start with a jump its not the solenoid, More likely dirty battery cables.

The starter solenoid is most likely located next to the battery down in the hole under the seat. Will be bolted to the top of the rear hitch plate. with two 3/8 headed bolts. You indicate you are blowing fuses. On some of the troybilts with the courage engine, they had a combination of the muffler being too close to the carb, and also where the voltage regulator was putting out an overcharge. Look at the wire on th fuel solenoid on the bottom of the carb. Is it burnt? Blowing fuses indicates a short. Need to find that short.
