Brinly or Ohio sleeve hitch for Bolens

I am looking for a sleeve hitch for my tube frame Bolens manufactured by Brinly or Ohio Steel. It must be complete and in good condition. Can't anyone help?

Thanks for the tip off Mechanic Mike. I have seen this earlier but unfortunately, the lift rod holder is in the wrong place apparently.

So I am still looking......
