have a Craftsman lawn tractor with a Briggs engine. I have replaced the fuel filter, rebuilt the carb, and as a last resort, I replaced the carb. It will not stay running. It starts and the engine throttle control cycles up and down a few times then it dies. Seems to have fuel coming back into the carb from the breather tube. I need help.
