AMEN! In another thread I was reading, the poster ran on without a single punctuation mark or capital letter for 14 lines, all one big sentence. Liked to never figured out what he was talking about because I couldn't tell where he left one subject and started another. Add to that a bunch of misspelled, truncated and abbreviated words and I almost gave up trying to decode it. Sometimes I just move on rather than try to figure it out. Did you know they don't teach spelling, grammar, punctuation, or cursive handwriting in many schools anymore?
The US "education" cabal is a near total failure. It's terminally infested with anti-Americans.

This is a lawnmower forum, not English 101. Many people have terrible writing skills, and they always will.

True, but it would sure make it easier to help them if they would write in a semi-readable format.

The new generation are working too many jobs and helping their families to have time to worry about these details. Ya know, your thumbs can only move so fast.

"thumb" typing and texting are the ruination of proper grammar and spelling. As long as 'they' can understand one another, that's all that matters. It seems being educated doesn't always work! Cursive? Yeah, right! :)
