Blowing fuses

I have a John Deere Z425 with a 23 HP B&S engine. My problem is I keep blowing the fuse that is labeled for the key switch/fuel solenoid. Any suggestions what might cause this?

If fuse keeps blowing, you need to check all wiring and connections. Check wiring for bad spots, insulation missing, chafing on metal, switches for burn spots and connectors and plugs fully on. Make sure all electrical connections and grounds are tight.

Good advice . You did not put an underated fuse in did you? Seems like you could loop a new , proper gauge wire in position, with fuse and just disconnect the old feed??

Found The Problem. Looks Like A Mouse Had Chewed The Insulation Off Of One Of The Wires That Goes To The Fuel Solenoid.

Thanks
