Blade and primer question

I have a lawn boy model 10685 with the sensa speed throttle control and 21 inch cutting blade. Is there a specific high lift blade available for this mower. I am not interested in mulch but more in vacuming up as much debri as possible?

Also if my primer has stopped priming, other than a worn out primer bulb what could prevent it from getting the fuel to the little primer tube?

To my knowledge Lawn Boy does not have a high lift blade for that unit. If pushing the primer and no fuel enter the air horn, I would check the following. 1. Cracked or broken primer bulb or backing plate. 2. Cracked or broken primer line. 3. Bad connections ar the primer or carb. 4. Plugged primer passageways in the carb. 5. Improper float level setting.
