Battery on Cub XT3 GSX?!? HELP!

Does anyone know where the battery is located? I don’t find it under the seat. This mower was given to us recently and I can’t seem the find the battery.

If it is not under the seat, it should be under the hood.

Behind the dash. You pull a plastic piece out to get to it.
