J jeff Well-Known Member Aug 27, 2010 #1 Snapper single cylinder lawn tractor. Every time the pto is used for more than a few moments, the battery will not restart the mower. Voltage regulator shows 14.7 vdc output. Why is this draining the NEW battery?
