My Elite Series mower deck wont go down. Limits ups at 4 inches and has always made a top out limit noise. But wont go down. No noises when selecting down. Any help out there on this problem.

The toggle switch is bad. Replace it to solve your problem. That is what I had to do.

Kegraham. You are right. A few days back I took the panel apart. Unplugged the switch and turn it back in and it worked going down but not up. Replaced it today.
