B&S 7.5

I have a B&S Easy start 7.5 engine engine# 104M02-0060-F1 I tried starting it after it sat for 2yrs but beforehand I flused the old gas out changed the spark plug took air cleaner off checked for oil or gas in the filter,blew the interior out with compressed air,put it all back put new gas in and still no start ?? This rototiller has only been used once and set for 2 yrs.I need a few suggestions. Thanks!

remove the spark plug & test for a spark.
If you get one then pop a teaspoon of fuel down the plug hole and pull the rope till your arm falls off
If the engine fire then your ignition timing is OK.
next remove the air filter and toss another tea spoon down the carb throat.
Replace your fallen off arm and pull the rope again
Engine fires and runs out the fuel then the valves are OK and you have a fuel delivery problem.
While the air filter is off check that the choke is fully closed , if not loosen the cable & adjust till it is .
Remove the carb but leave the fuel line connected
Turn it sideways and blow air through it
Check for atomised fuel spraying out the engine side
If you get a goos spray and it responds to the position of the throttle butterfly then the carb is OK
