Atlas Snowblower tire chains

Hello All, I have a snowblower that my dad bought back in 1968-69, and has always been the most reliable thing I've ever seen. Usually one slow pull for the first time in the fall, and then the next pull is running. Problem I'm having is the tire tread is mostly gone now, and rather than replacing those tires, I'd like to put on chains. Where can I find chains for a 10 x 2.75 x 2(ish) narrow tire?

Also, the tank has to be completely full to start, but then you can run it dry, any ideas about that?

Tire store can hook u up on chains or tires. (Personally I would replace the tires they are prolly on their last leg) as for full tank to start I have no idea clogged filter maybe?
