Arm Shivers after Trimming My Lawn

This is not really a lawn care question, but I figured you guys are more experienced to know. Lately, every time I use a edge trimmer to trim my lawn, My arm shivers for about an hour afterwards, and I feel weakness in the arm. This is only for about 30 minutes of trimming, using a relatively light weight electric trimmer. Anyone else have the same issue? I can't imagine if I do it as a business. Does it indicate some underlying health problems?

It is called thrombosis because your muscles are not as strong as they used to be
Two solutions
1) Get a set of weights and use them
2) fit some foam to the handle or wear some anti-vibration gloves ( as worn by jack hammer operators )
Better still both

Thanks. I can feel better. Will do some weight training, not just for lawn work but for overall well-being of a man in mid-60.

I’ve started having this at the tender age of 23 when my mechanic career took flight.

It won’t get better so do what you need to when you need too.
