My brand new Ariens Pro 21, that I just HAD TO Have has a problem with the rear wheels locking up, making it nearly impossible to turn
Any one else have this problem?

I'd say it's time to call up the dealer. If you tear into it, they may not like the fact that you took some initiative. Just my thought.
