Does anyone know what engine this is?

Briggs and Stratton somthing.
I need to find a pull start cover and coil for it.

From the picture I would guess that is a 3-3.5 hp so most likely something in the 9xxxx series.

Once you get your numbers sorted you may want to check Marketplace for old edgers. I see them often for $25 dollars or so and you can probably get both the parts you need from one of these.
