wont pull restart or key start when let go of handle. have to wait a long time.
unfortunately took it to city for repair. need it leaves need mulching. Should have waited till cold winter and leaves pickup done. Like I mentioned I wouldnt have picked this mower and Hubby prob neither if we known about Rotostop Hondas
