Anyone else ever have a day start like this?

I went for years that I kept the keyless entry in my pocket and would just pull the key out of the ignition and drop it in the console. That worked great.

I don't keep my keyless entry on me anymore. Turns out my pocket unlocked the door and liked to set off the alarm. Also my kid got it one night (one night) and that one time it was unlocked someone got in my truck made a mess and stole a bunch of stuff. They surprisingly didn't look in the back seat where prolly 800$ worth of tools were sitting

Unfortunately the new ford pickups don't have a separate key fob. It is all in one key now. I don't like that design at all.

I guess. We used to do the same thing when I worked patrol. We would leave the key in the ignition and hang the fob from a clip on our belt loops. Now that I have a pickup that has the key and fob together I can't do that. Only have the one key as well, so I have to take the key out and lock the doors.

Bad days seem to be worse the earlier they start. Getting up earlier seems to eliminate some problems by being better prepared mentally. Crap happens though lol.

Got up at 6AM that day as I do every week day. Think I just should have slept in lol.
