Add 12V electric starter to B&S 10 HP engine

I am trying to add a starter to this engine, Briggs and Stratton model 202412. It has a type 0163E1. the flywheel presently installed has a casting number 214924, it looks like it could use a shrunk on type steel starter ring gear but it does not have a gear. Is there a ring gear for this flywheel? Failing that, can anyone supply a flywheel with integral ring gear?

The previous post had the engine model written wrong.

Rivets

The flywheel should still be available with part number 794814 and costs about $120. The starter should also be available with part number 695479 and costs about $135.00. You will also need a solenoid and key switch, plus wiring.
