I got a 94 mtd turf power with a 18 hp engine. I installed new drive belts that come from mtd and now I have no forward speeds.any ideas. I still have high and low speeds though

With the engine running and in neutral move the speed lever starting in 1st one gear at a time to high speed then one at a time back down to low.

(( racing is the only sport that you need two balls ))
