My 2011 729BT (Briggs) is acting up. Sometimes it starts fine, then other times it just coughs until the battery runs down. All filters are clean, fuel is fresh, etc. Any ideas? Also, is there an easy way to adjust the steering sticks to get my mower to run true and not drift? When I'm running flat out with both sticks full forward, my mower wants to turn slightly.
Not sure about the engine problem , but as for going straight , check the air pressure in your tires. If that doesn't work, there are adjustments that can be made in the linkage under the seat.

Silly question....did you clean out the tank and the pick up tube? Im sure its something really simple.
