I recently acquired a Grasshopper 718 (1996 I believe). I've noticed that the right tire doesn't seem to turn in sync with the left. It seems to stick, grab or jump as it goes in either direction (sorry, not sure what the correct terminology would be for that). Any idea what might be causing it to do that? Thanks for any help you can give!
