Hi. First-time user. My Bad Boy mower with Kohler 747cc engine has a vibration coming from the cooling fan. I removed the grille cover to eliminate that as a source. I have always kept it free of debris. It does not happen at low rpms, only when it is at 75% or higher rpms. The mower is two years old. Has anyone had this problem? I would greatly appreciate any input. Thank you.

Inspect fan for cracks etc. & loose or missing engine parts, reinstall blower housing after cleaning engine cooling fins.
Mechanic Mark. After taking the engine shroud off I used an air hose to clean the fins and everything else. I discovered two loose bolts. Tightened them and no more vibration noise. Thank you.
