I just cant stop the wheels from spinning in neutral. I have tried adjust the concentric bolt and adjusted the control arm, but every time I step on the brake to stop and then release it, it starts to creep again. All the linkages are tight and I do not see any wear. It is the style where the motion control lever come up between my legs. I have good motion and everything is clean. I have followed the Eaton manual, but neutral is evading me. Any help would be great.
