318 lift question

Hi, new here with questions.
I have an old (89 I believe) 318 that the lift does not function for the mower deck. It did last summer, and did last winter for the snowblower. But now neither lever seems to make any difference. It seems that maybe the rnge of travel for the levers is less than it used to be, but I'm not real sure on that. I have checked the fluid level and it seems fine. What goes wrong on these?

I think I have the tech manual for that machine if you want it

Thank you for your offer, but I did get it figured out and fixed already. Back on the job.
