mower part number is 90702-3080-01 89022804 , can't find any fuel/gas tank replacements online, all vendors I see show part unavailable.

is it possible to get these anymore?

Looking at the diagrams, it shows two fuel tanks were used on the model, one for electric start models other for pull rope start.
Looking at the way it mounts, i wonder if you could mount a model 12 tank.... Here's what they look like, compared to yours..

FWIW I can not even find a used one of those tanks so now when they come in leaking I plastic weld them.

I would have considered it a design fault except these tanks are now very old so possibly at or past their design life.

I not surprised that the plastic fuel tank 490622 or 190623 are not available. That engine is 31 yrs old.

There was a design flaw on the half tank and they were recalled and replaced. I have found the full tank Available online #490623. Half tank is mounted differently.
