Ok heres my issue troubleshooting lead me to belive there was a carb issue cleaned carb and it starts now but revs very high and your unable to switch from rabbit to turtle then it just dies heres what ive done so far carb cleaned the carb replaced all gaskets and needle I will also mention the carb was very bad green dirty. It feels like its running lean but theres no adjustments just 2 fixed jets eternally what are a few things to check ??? Thanks alot guys
