Hey, I`m interested in this mower. Could this be a costly repair? Is there something I can diagnose on the spot before I buy it? Any advice is appreciated.

Honda Lawnmower 21 inch harmony 215 sx. Needs sheer pin for blade, or probably a blade clutch unit(Pin is only a couple of bucks, Blade clutch unit is $66.00), blade does not spin. Motor runs fine, self propel works.
