Did anyone ever run across an issue with their CV transmissions? I'd assume that its a single gear trans-axle/gearbox with CV sheave on the engine shaft? I'm not in possession of this machine as of yet so cannot speak serial #'s. All I know is that "it won't move" and was wondering about most likely the cause of failure?

Toro | click on manuals, possible drive belt needs replacement as well as idler pulleys, bearings do go bad in idler pulleys, use Toro OEM parts.

Thanks for replying Jack17, I fully understand, have one now my son & I are working on.

Thanks for your reply Mark. Unfortunately, after seeing this machine I had to take pass on it. People do unreasonably crazy things to their equipment without any inclination or mechanical aptitude...they simply can't tell when to stop "working on it" before is too late...vandalizing it in a process.
