Last year in July I replaced my 33HP guardian engine on my Dixie Chopper. I replaced it with a Briggs 36 HP GTV990 engine. I had to do a few minor modifications but everything
seemed to turn out well. I was a little skeptical about this Briggs engine. But into the second season of using it so fare so good. It seems to have plenty of power and is a lot quieter
then the guardian was. Just wondering if anyone else is using this engine and how they are making out with it and there thoughts. Ed
I have the same year and same engine with 1500 hours on it. Running perfectly. I bought it with about 1300 on it from our township, well taken care of.
