I have a 2005 Dixie Chopper LT2400-50D. It has a new battery in it. Power to starter but no start? I jumped across the solenoid and the starter does not respond. Can I get a solenoid or do I have to get the whole starter? Thanks everyone, Larry

Thinking on some of those starters you can just buy the solenoid. Tricky sometimes replace. Didn't see your engine numbers so hard to say if so. Kawasaki kohler Briggs include the numbers

Thanks, luffydog, it is a 24 HP Guardian if that helps.

Should be some engine numbers on the engine might begin with gtv some others after that like gtv760 is a 27hp but I can't find a 24hp and the 27hp starter is prob different. But here is the 27hp starter part number for what it's worth. Oe42710esv might be just as easy to pull your starter and look for the part number.

DIXIE CHOPPERS HAVE SEVERAL DIDOES AND THEREFORE THEY DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU JUMP START AS YOU HAVE A BLOWEN DIDOE YOU CAN CHECK THEM WITH A MULTIMETER
