Had a bad fuel solenoid, so replaced it, unit still loses RPM in taller grass and when running the vacuum. I am thinking the clutch is bad or the relay to clutch is bad. Anybody have info to check relay for voltage.

It's normal to.lose rpms when in tall grass and when using a spindle-driven vac unit.

How many hours on the engine?
