I guess that depends on what equipment you are running first off. When we hit a yard usually one guy takes the Weedeater and I get on the zero turn. The. Depending on the size of the yard, amount of weed eating, and what else needs to be done determines what happens next. Many times I am loading the mower back up and my helper is blowing the walks and drives off and we load and go to the next job.
On things like a cemetery we both unload first with weedeaters......... Then we go from there.

2 x 30" Toro's
1 x 36" snapper ZT
2 x echo trimmers
2 x hand held blowers
I bought a 30" Toro last summer. We just bought the Time Master. We use it almost daily in small back yards, a cemetery we cut, and a few other places. Right now we have a ZD 326 Kubota with a 60" deck, a Tiger Cat Scag with a 52" deck, and a Kubota ZG 222 with a 48" deck and a bagger on it. We also have a Toro 30" I mentioned above. We have two Stihl hedge trimmers, an Echo PAS 225 and a PAS 280. Both have string trimmer heads. We also have a pole saw and extension, a hedge trimmer head, and an edger for the PAS system. We have a Stihl hand held blower, and a Shindiawa 804 Back pack blower as well as a 500 Echo Back pack blower as well as some other equipment.

If your going to make anytime with the equipment you have you better use the zt all day and let your help do everything else, trimming, edging and blowing things off. I use the 36" grandstand a 48"ztr and the 30" toro and I can average about 18 lawns a day. You would have to run 3 lawns an hour to get the number of lawns a day you want.

Alone I can do 17 lawns in a day.
I am around your area and do small residential yards also. All with a 21" mower. I did add a 30" this year.
Best way would be one trimming and one mowing. The first one done starts blowing and cleaning things up. It's the best way.
Don't laugh, I'm serious. If your serious and your doing things and or lawns the way they should be done, one man with will have everything he can handle with Triming, edging and blowing off to keep up with you.

I know it's just that the last couple years I have been doing everything myself trimming edging blowing mowing so it will be nice to just ride
Last year I was doing 10-14 lawns a day myself plus garden work on weekends?

We cut a lot of grass. The lawns we deal with are many times much larger than small equipment listed will do however. This AM by 9:30 we had already been across slightly over 4 acres. We started at 6:00 blading mowers and so forth and we got home about 5:45 PM. Gotta hit it again about 6:00 in the AM.

Yeah, I know what it is to ride. It's nice at first but after doing it for a while you'll be glad to grab a blower or edger. I did lawns the first a year or season by myself and was knocking down ten to twelve a day in 7 to 8 hours and said that was enough, that's when my son started working with me. now were knocking down 10 to 14. We only work 3 1/2 to 4 hrs a day.

Hey I'm 63 I need all the short days I can get  If I get through this season I'll consider myself lucky. I'll approach next season when it gets here.
Yeah, I still think it the best thing and most productive mower going. I just looked at the 36" yesterday when I picked up some supply's and they went up some in price, the tag they had on it was $7595
