The FD590V is still a current engine so the carb is currently available as is the service kit and all individual parts.
However there are differences so we will need to get the full engine number off your engine to provide absolute ( as if that exists ) correct parts numbers.
Kawakasi parts are a lot more expensive than B & S or Kohler parts.
As to if it is able to be fixed, that will depend upon what is wrong.
IF the butterfly holes are flogged oval then it is a replace item.
OTOH if it is just the idle circuit gummed up a simple clean will suffice

Took the carb apart and cleaned every jet. runs better now.
