Ended up cleaning the carburetor and found a big chunk blocking the jet underneath the float. Changed the oil and found gas all in it. Still no start. Is it time to replace the carb?

Thanks,

I would

1.Install new fuel line from tank to carb inlet.
2.Install a fuel filter.
3.Install and USE a fuel shutoff valve.
4.Flush and blow the tank out with compressed air.
5.Clean the cooling fins.
6.Set valves to factory specs.
7.Change the oil and if it has the filter.
8.Little carb clean action.

Thanks, it was the fuel solenoid. I took the rubber off of the plunger and it's running fine.

Guess we will hear from you later when you have a crankcase full of fuel.

I would install an inline fuel shutoff valve if I were you.
