16 hp vanguard breather

I have a 305447-0079-G1 10100111. I think the breather is probably stuck because of all the oil going to the carb. Is there more to changing it than removing the screw? It seems to be stuck to the gasket?

Wet your finger place it near the breather tube then crank the engine.
You are looking for the breather sucking as well as blowing.

I'll bet the you have a blown head gasket, causing excess crankcase pressure forcing oil out the breather.
