.155 inch trimmer line

Greetings folks...I have a Craftsman high wheeled trimmer that takes .155 inch trimmer line. I'm having trouble getting it these days from my local Sears store. Does anyone know where I can purchase it online or otherwise? Also, has anyone else had this problem and converted their wheeled trimmer to use a different type of line or a blade of some sort.

I had often ended up getting the wrong gauge line and then thought my bump to extend line feature wasn't working properly. I ended up getting an aftermarket head with 3 solid swinging nylon blades. It works real well until a blade loses a tip and it goes out of balance. There are heads with metal blades too, which may be more durable.

see your local lawn mower repair shop. i am sure he can get it in rolls that you can cut to length.
