i bought another mower!...i guess i cant control myself:laughing:...i got this 1997 craftsman..17hp..42" deck..hydro..and complete bagger set-up for $150..ive been looking for a bagger deal for my yard machines for a while..then this popped up...the whole rig looks like a keeper....of course theres a catch...his 15 year old son busted the blade shaft housing on the deck jumping a curb:confused2:...everything works though..even has an ammeter guage:biggrin: ...ive never had an automatic before... one thing im not sure about is you put in low speed forward and it doesnt move ,but if you push another 1/2" it starts to go and works good after that.....its got a 17hp briggs platinum [i dont know much about it]....good tires and clean!....if anybody has experience with these and knows some bad spots to watch out for, id appreciate some input...thanks
