    Mower idles but won't throttle up

    TB210 2AVA2bM766 This mower has automatic choke and throttle, so no external controls/settings. The mower starts fine but runs at an idle. I have cleaned the carb, fuel tank, new gas, new plug and air cleaner, etc. I have manipulated the carburetor linkage while under operation and nothing...
