mail boxes?

I am looking for a creative ideas for a mail box. I get my mail delivered to a mailbox but I don't like the usual ones, they are too boring, what do you use for a mailbox?

We have some kids who think it is funny to drive down the road and knock over the mailboxes with baseball bats. I got em good though. I put in a huge iron mailbox on a reinforced beam. It looks a little funny but it works.

I know what you mean. Mine looks like someone made it at a foundry. The post finally rotted and I think the punks pushed it over with a truck. I have it mounted on a utility pole stub that's 6 ft in the ground. I know it must really sting when they hit it, especially if they have an aluminum bat.

I can tell when they've been by because they really smash the ones down the road after hitting mine.
