Repairs Adding Front Wheel Bearings to Honda HRR 216 Series Mower

Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a Honda HRR216PKA and very happy with it.

One thing that surprised me was the fact that the front wheels don't have wheel bearings like the back ones. I've seen previous models had them when researching.

Has anyone converted the front wheels on this lawn mower to have wheel bearings? I'm guessing I would need the following Honda 90102-VG3-000 PK2 Rear Wheel Bolts and two 42710-VE2-M01ZE.
