I did not check that but will. But would a locked hydro prevent the starter from even trying to crank the engine. Seems like damaged hydro wouldnt keep the starter from trying to do its job.

Ok, I followed up on my suspicion that the control levers were not pressing the safety switches in completely when in the widest position. The right one was not. placed a nut between the lever and the switch to press it in and it cranks. The broke cross member must have things out whack. Hopefully no damage to my hydros. Thanks guys.

There is a whole thread here on broken braces between the hydros of the raptor. The replacement one is much beefier. I hope you are still under warranty.

Had a sneaking suspicion it was one or both of your stick safety switches. You can weld up the cross braces if you have to. Can also beef them up. However, if you contact the factory and it isn't too far out of warranty, they may help you out.
