John Deere 48 inch Z355e Tensioner Spring

Hi my tensioner pully spring came off today, and caused my belt to shred. I replaced the belt however, I am unsure I have the spring installed properly. I can’t find a picture anywhere. I know one end goes on the tensioner arm, but where exactly does the other end(labeled 1) attach? I attached it to the label #2 in the picture. Is that right? Thank you!!!

Have a good look at the deck in strong light.
There should be wear marks that indicate where the spring was anchored to
