Cub Cadet LTX 1040 drive belt noise

Replaced larger drive belt with a kevlar bought on Ebay $11. Old Belt was make a clicking noise due to chunks missing due to age. Smaller belt looked fine. I am getting a whine that I think is coming from the new belt while under power even without blades engaged. Replacement belts are all over the place on construction and pricing. Pulleys seem to spin fine but the mower is 5 years old so maybe bearings are going. Has anyone had belt noise with a new belt replacement or might the noise be coming from some place else. Am I getting the noise due to a cheap belt? Thanks T

There are some exact replacements out there from Prime Line, Oregon, Stens & Rotary
There are a lot of wrong cheap unbranded belts from China
Which one did you buy ?
