Husqvarna Lawn Tractor Model #LR125

I properly stored the mower for winter, removed the battery and stored it in the basement for the winter. Made sure it was charged before re-installing it last month, but could not get it started. After several attempts, the clutch locked up and I cannot depress it. Although I can move the gear shifter, the rear wheels are locked up, and I cannot start the engine (because the clutch is locked up). I tried to raise and lower the deck, but although the lever moves freely, the deck will not move. If I could at least free up the rear wheels, I can move it out of the shed and get it repaired. Any ideas?
