Was mowing along and the mower seemed to lock up. When I turn the key it tries to turn but can't. Clutch doesn't move. Is it the electric clutch or something else?

I would sooner think its a bearing gone bad.

Sounds a lot more like a low oil engine seizure to me.
Remove the spark plug and try to turn the engine over by hand.
If fuel gushes out the you have a carb problem
If you can turn the engine over, remove the deck belt & try again.
till no joy the start looking for a new engine.
