My Scag will run for about 15 minutes from a cold start and then shuts off. I can let it set about 2 or 3 minutes and it will start back and run a few minutes then shut off again. I have changed out the battery and cleaned the fuel system. Could it be the ignition coils?

Sounds stupid but when it starts to die loosen the gas cap, sometimes the vent gets blocked and the pump can't overcome the vacuum . Always good to start with the easy/cheap stuff !
