I have a MTD Yard Machine 38inch cut. I was coming down an incline and the front of the cutting deck hit the sidewalk. Now it appears the deck is too high and even when I have my blade set to stop it will still go and it is rubbing against one of the pulleys that the main belt goes around. How do I get the deck lower so that it does not rub and so the blade disengages?
